1. Service Content

  1. AdGuardPrivate provides DNS-based ad filtering and privacy protection SaaS services
  2. The service includes a trial version (time-limited/quantity-limited) and a full paid version, with functional differences detailed in the product description
  3. Reserves the right to adjust service features based on technological developments

2. Account and Registration

  1. The trial version does not require real-name information; a random credential can be used for experience
  2. The paid version requires order verification through the payment platform
  3. Prohibits transferring or sharing account access credentials

3. Payment and Refund

  1. The trial version is a time-limited offer, with prices subject to change at any time
  2. The full paid version operates on a prepaid basis, no refund service available
  3. If service interruptions due to force majeure exceed 24 hours, users may apply for service duration compensation

4. Privacy Protection

  1. Follows the data processing principles outlined in the Privacy Policy
  2. Service logs are retained for no more than 30 days and are used only for troubleshooting
  3. All configuration data is transmitted using TLS encryption

5. User Responsibilities
